Set reflective Leash and Harness
All products from Biutiful Pet can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be eligible for a full refund if the product is unused and in a state that allows the product to be resold.
If you receive a damaged or incomplete product we will also refund you the return costs.

After receiving your return request we will give you an additional 14 day period to send us the product.
In order to be eligible for a refund, customers must always keep their return receipt from the post office. In case we do not receive, or receive your return with a delay, we will use this as a basis for the refund.
If you receive a damaged product and wish to keep it anyway we will offer you a coupon as compensation. The value of the coupon will be determined by the following:
- Cosmetic damage: 25% of product value
- Broken but usable: 50% of product value
- Broken and no longer usable: 100% of the product value
If you receive a damaged product and send us a return request after the 14 day return period has expired (but no later than 30 days) we will ask you for proof (pictures) that shows the damaged product. We will proceed with the refund upon receiving the proof. (We will not accept the return)
If you receive an incomplete product but wish to keep it anyway, we will offer you a refund or a coupon with the value of the missing article(s). If the value of the missing article(s) exceeds 100 lei we will ask you to complete an attestation and send it to us before we proceed with the refund. We do this to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud.
If you receive an incomplete product and contact us after the 14 day return period has expired (but no later than 30 days) we will offer you a coupon with the value of the missing article(s) If the value of the missing article(s) exceeds 100 lei we will ask you to complete an attestation and send it to us before we provide the coupon. We do this to protect ourselves and our customers for fraud. (We will not accept the return)
All Coupons mentioned above are valid for 90 days after activation and can be used on all orders as long as the total order value (without shipping) is equal to or higher than the coupon value.
